This is a book and study on the Old Testament Tabernacle, the tabernacle that Moses was instructed to make. This book is a journey with the Israelites, led by Moses as they travel from Egypt into the wilderness. Come along with me as we embark on this journey of faith. The Tabernacle, in it's set up, is the door to intimacy with God. His desire is that you would experience Him more deeply and grow in relationship with Him.
The Israelites experience freedom from bondage, learn to trust God to provide for their needs, enter into a covenant relationship with Him, engage in a new way of worship that centers around the presence of the Living God in the tabernacle and they grow in relationship with God
This book is divided into 11 weeks. Each week has a chapter to read followed by a study guide. Please read through the chapter, which will add insight to the study itself. With each study guide section, there will be a scripture to memorize and several key questions. If you are leading a group study, use the key questions on the study guide as discussion starters (if time does not lend itself to covering the entire study guide).
I invite you to make this a journey allowing the Holy Spirit to meet you in every chapter. For some, this will be the first time that the tabernacle has been studied. For others, this will be very familiar. My prayer for each one who joins us in this adventure is that Jesus would draw you closer to His heart, being transformed more into the image of Christ. The tabernacle itself points to Jesus in every way. Get ready for the journey!
