![]() We are beautiful to God even in our weakness: 1) First, our loveliness comes by receiving the gift of righteousness (2 Corinthians 5:17-21). 2) At our new birth, the Holy Spirit put a "yes" in our spirit to God (Psalm 51:12; Matt. 26:41). 3) Our beauty is related to God's emotional make up. The very affections and passions in God's heart determine how He feels towards us. God views things very differently than man does (I Samuel 16:7; Isaiah 55:7-9) 4) God sees us through the lens of eternal destiny. Confessions of Song of Solomon 1 continued....I have three more confessions from the first chapter~ with each confession, I have bullet points to define what it means for me. Get these in your language of prayer with the Lord; that these confessions would be the declarations of your heart: "Dark am I, yet lovely," Song of Solomon 1:5 ![]() The King is after something in me!
